Our water treatment facilities aid our clients during the early stages of their development because of the lower cost per gallon to treat wastewater. While some clients choose to purchase these facilities upfront using traditional delivery methods, most clients prefer to offset this high up front cost by utilizing a lease option with variable terms. Using this type of plant enables the owner to expand to meet flow requirements as connections are added.
