We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join our family as the Office Manager/Receptionist for our office in the Cypress area of Houston.
Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and email communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
Greeting and handling office visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, including providing them with the necessary information and notifying relevant staff members of their arrival
Coordinating the maintenance and alteration of office and equipment (including copiers, computers, light bulbs etc., as well as housekeeping of office facilities)
Acting as the main Point of Contact for Property Management for all Companies
Assist in guiding Spanish/English applicants to fill out required documents
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory, ordering items and restocking
Coordinating details and ordering in lunch for large groups
Support owners/business partners with daily needs
Ensure a clean, organized office environment
Ability to multitask
Manage conference room bookings and scheduling
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For
Bilingual English & Spanish – is a requirement
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
Proficiency in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and appointment calendar
Familiarity with light IT support is a plus
Is comfortable working with all levels of the organization from field staff to senior leaders
