We are seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join our family as the Office Manager/Receptionist for our office in the Cypress area of Houston.

Job Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the reception area to ensure effective telephone and email communications both internally and externally to maintain professional image
  • Receive and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Greeting and handling office visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, including providing them with the necessary information and notifying relevant staff members of their arrival
  • Coordinating the maintenance and alteration of office and equipment (including copiers, computers, light bulbs etc., as well as housekeeping of office facilities)
  • Acting as the main Point of Contact for Property Management for all Companies
  • Assist in guiding Spanish/English applicants to fill out required documents
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory, ordering items and restocking
  • Coordinating details and ordering in lunch for large groups
  • Support owners/business partners with daily needs
  • Ensure a clean, organized office environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Manage conference room bookings and scheduling

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual English & Spanish – is a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and appointment calendar
  • Familiarity with light IT support is a plus
  • Is comfortable working with all levels of the organization from field staff to senior leaders
